Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 21, 2026
1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how WellAttended (“WellAttended,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our websites, applications, and services (together, the “Services”). It applies to event organizers (“Organizers”), attendees and ticket buyers (“Attendees”), and visitors to our Services.
WellAttended provides technology and payments processing that lets Organizers list events and sell tickets, and lets Attendees discover events and buy tickets. When you buy a ticket, the Organizer of that event is also responsible for how they handle your information. This policy covers WellAttended’s own practices; an Organizer’s use of your information is governed by that Organizer’s own policies.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide directly: your name, email address, and (where applicable) phone number, billing details, and the contents of any forms, survey questions, or messages you submit. Organizers also provide event details, payout information, and business details needed to sell tickets.
Information from transactions: the events, tickets, add-ons, gift cards, and passes you buy or sell, order amounts, discounts applied, and refund or cancellation activity. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor, not stored by WellAttended.
Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring pages, and similar usage data gathered through cookies and comparable technologies (see “Cookies and similar technologies”).
Information from third parties: if you connect a third-party service (for example, a video-conferencing account) or sign in through a third party, we receive the information needed to provide that integration.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to provide, operate, and improve the Services; to process orders, payments, payouts, and refunds; to deliver tickets and order confirmations; to provide customer support; and to communicate with you about your account, purchases, and events.
We also use information to keep the Services secure — detecting, preventing, and investigating fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms — and to comply with legal obligations. Where permitted, we may use information to send service updates and, with any consent required by law, marketing about WellAttended.
4. How we share your information
With Organizers: when you buy a ticket, we share your order information (such as your name, email, and responses to the Organizer’s questions) with the Organizer of that event so they can fulfill and support your order. The Organizer uses that information under their own privacy practices.
With service providers: we share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf — such as payment processing, hosting, email delivery, analytics, and customer support — under contracts that limit their use of the information to those services.
For legal and safety reasons: we may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of WellAttended, our users, or the public.
In a business transfer: if WellAttended is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. When you make a purchase, your payment card details are provided directly to the processor and handled under the processor’s own terms and privacy policy. WellAttended receives transaction results and limited details (such as the last four digits of a card and the outcome of a charge) but does not store full card numbers.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We and our providers use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, operate the cart and checkout, measure how the Services are used, and support marketing where permitted.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through consent controls on our Services. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the Services work — for example, staying signed in or completing checkout.
7. How we protect your information
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
8. How long we keep your information
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain records of transactions, resolve disputes, and meet our legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
9. Your rights and choices
You can access and update much of your account information by signing in to your account. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below; we may need to verify your identity before acting.
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting us. Service and transactional messages (such as order confirmations) are not marketing and are part of using the Services.
10. Region-specific privacy rights
Residents of certain U.S. states and users in the EEA, Switzerland, and the UK may have additional rights under local law, including rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal information, to opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Where these laws apply, we honor the rights they provide.
The specific rights, legal bases for processing, and any cross-border transfer safeguards will be confirmed in the final, legally reviewed version of this policy.
11. Third-party links and services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services that we do not control. This policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.
12. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
13. International data transfers
WellAttended operates in the United States and may process and store information in the United States and other countries. If you use the Services from outside those countries, your information may be transferred to and processed in a country whose data-protection laws differ from your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
15. Contact us
Questions about this Privacy Policy, or requests regarding your personal information, can be sent to WellAttended through the support options available in your account or on our website.
